- The JEE (Advanced) examination will have two question papers, i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2.
- Each question paper will have three sections viz., Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and there will be objective type (multiple choice) and numerical answer type questions designed to test comprehension, reasoning and analytical ability of candidates.
- Negative marks will be given for Incorrect answers.
- The Candidate will have the option to choose English or Hindi question paper while registering for the JEE (Advanced) examination. The candidate will be able to get the question papers in the desired language and provide the answers. The candidate will not get option to change the option for the language after the registration process ends.
