The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is an engineering entrance exam carried out at various Indian engineering colleges. This exam consists of two separate examinations-JEE Main and JEE Advanced.
If we talk about JEE Advanced, this exam is conducted every year by these seven IITs (Indian institutes of technology) IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, IIT Roorkee (IISC) Bangalore and IIT Guwahati. In all 23 IT institutions including the Indian School of Mines (ISM), Bachelor, Master, and Dual Degree (10+ 2) programs are admitted based on the ranks of candidates in JEE Advanced 2020.
JEE advanced 2020
JEE Advanced 2020 will be conducted in India and overseas on May 17, 2020. Under the guidance of the Joint Admission Board (JAB), IIT Delhi will conduct JEE Advanced 2020. Candidates for JEE Advanced will now be qualified for 2.5 Lacks instead of 2.4 Lacks because the number of students qualifying for the exam has risen by 10,000.
JEE Advanced will also be conducted for the first time in the US. An Exam Center will be set up in the San Francisco area to serve this task.

For Foreign nationals, Eligibility criteria in JEE advanced 2020
Those candidates who are foreign nationals have the authority to set a different set of eligibility criteria. According to the details provided in the official document, candidates are treated as foreign nationals if they are not Indian citizens or their parents are not Indian and do not belong to either category of OCI / PIO.

The registration process of JEE advanced 2020
JEE advanced application form is only available in online mode from the second week of May. Candidates can fill in the form on the JEE advance’s official website. The admission process of JEE advanced 2020
The admission process for JEE Advanced 2020 includes the following steps-
- Filling out the online application form will be the first step towards participating in the JEE Advanced 2020 test. Candidates can register for JEE Advanced 2020 even if they do not choose to register for JEE Main 2020 while they are registering. JEE advanced form cannot be deleted once the applicant has finished the registration process.
- After the JEE Advanced registration process is over, candidates can access their JEE Advanced admit card from this engineering entrance exam's official online registration site. Candidates can choose from a list of exam centers and the address of the exam center at the time of JEE 2020 Advanced registration. The same will be shown on their certificate of entry.
- At the time of examination, participants will be asked to produce a copy of their downloaded admission card. The applicants will hold the initial JEE advanced admission card until all the exam admission formalities have been completed.
- On June 8, 2020, the results of JEE Advanced 2020 will be announced. The outcome of the test contains the ranking of an applicant in the review and certification rank. On the official IIT Delhi website, candidates will be able to check their JEE Advanced 2020 scores. IIT Delhi will conduct JEE Advanced under the guidance of JAB in 2020 and will also be responsible for the release of the results of the examinations.
