The most abundant element in protoplasm is oxygen.
The Oxygen, Carbon and Hydrogen together form 93% of the cellular pool (About 98% mass of every living organism is composed of just 6-elements, i.e., Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Phosphorus and Sulphur).

               Protein - 10 -15 %
               Nucleic acids - 5 - 7 %
               Carbohydrates ~ 3 %
               Lipids ~ 2%
 
Maximum compound in cellular pool is water, while maximum (principal) organic compound is protein.
The ratio of Inorganic to Organic compounds in the cell is 1 : 9.
